Ancillary Fees
All Accommodation Rates Include:
A fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, pots & pans, dishes, cutlery, glassware)
Fireplace in living area of cottages
Fireplace in each bedroom of the Deluxe 2-BR Kawartha Suite
Private hot tub outside the Kawartha Suite, Cottage #1, Cottage #7 May to Oct. and #2 Oct. to May
Bath robes for units with hot tubs
Propane BBQ with propane
Picnic or patio tables, Kawartha Chairs & Lounge Chairs
Quality cotton sheets & pillowcases, cozy duvets and thick absorbent bath towels. Flannel sheets in winter.

Pet Fee:
$10 per night for 1st Pet, $5 per night for any additional Pets
14' Boat & 8 HP Motor Rental:
$50 1/2 day; $100 per day; $350 per week
Pontoon Boat Rental:
$100 1/2 day; $200 per day or $750 per week. $200 deposit required for Pontoon Boat weekly rentals.
Pontoon Boat Cruises of the lake available starting at $10 per person. Pontoon Boat Trips to Lakefield Farmer's Market every Thursday afternoon weather permitting.
All Boat Rentals Include full tank of gas & required safety equipment.
Dockage:
$15 per day; Includes one in and out.
All Rates in Canadian Dollars and Subject to Applicable Taxes of 5% GST and 5% PST on Accommodation; All rates subject to HST tax of 13%.
2-night minimum required during the winter months; subject to change during warmer weather if availability allows.

If you wish to rent the entire property, please contact us for details and rates. The maximum number of people during high season is 36, during the low season the maximum number of people is 23.
