The waterfront Deluxe 2-bedroom Kawartha Suite boasts over 1,000 square feet of living space on the ground floor of the main building. The two bedrooms are each spaciously appointed with a queen size bed, electric fireplace (operational year round with or without heat) and sitting area facing the lake. The country kitchen/dining and living area with red pine floors is fully equipped. Enjoy satellite TV or a DVD movie, exclusive to the Kawartha Suite. Outside the Kawartha Suite you will find your own private hot tub for a relaxing water massage under the stars.

The Deluxe Kawartha Suite is perfect for a couple looking for an intimate and romantic getaway or for two couples hoping to catch up, reminisce and have fun in a gorgeous setting.

Pet Fee:
$10 per night for 1st Pet, $5 per night for any additional Pets

14' Boat & 8 HP Motor Rental:
$50 1/2 day; $100 per day; $350 per week

Pontoon Boat Rental:
$100 1/2 day; $200 per day or $750 per week. $200 deposit required for Pontoon Boat weekly rentals.

Pontoon Boat Cruises of the lake available starting at $10 per person. Pontoon Boat Trips to Lakefield Farmer's Market every Thursday afternoon weather permitting.

All Boat Rentals Include full tank of gas & required safety equipment.

Dockage:
$15 per day; Includes one in and out.

All Rates in Canadian Dollars and Subject to Applicable Taxes of 5% GST and 5% PST on Accommodation; All rates subject to HST tax of 13%.

2-night minimum required during the winter months; subject to change during warmer weather if availability allows.
