Lake Edge Cottages, offers 1 and 2 Bedroom Self-Catering Cottages and the Deluxe 2-Bedroom Kawartha Suite, all smoke-free with free wireless high-speed internet access.
Lake Edge is situated on 12.5 acres with 450 ft. of waterfront on the eastern shore of Katchewanooka Lake. Fanned out on a point, we have 3 one-bedroom waterfront cottages and 2 two-bedroom waterfront cottages. The Kawartha Suite, also on the waterfront occupies the ground floor of the main building. Set back 250 feet from the shoreline there is an additional one bedroom lakeview cottage and two-bedroom lakeview cottage with 8 x 20 ft. decks providing privacy amongst the trees.
All of our accommodations are self-catering with full kitchen facilities (fridge, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans). All bedding, kitchen linens, bath towels, wall-mounted hair dryer, soap/shampoo and paper products are included. Outside each unit is your own BBQ with propane, picnic table, Kawartha chairs and loungers. Free high speed wireless internet access is available throughout the property. All of the cottages are kept warm and cozy with gas fireplaces or electric fireplaces. Three units also have private hot tubs.
